Atriplex hortensis L.
Tender, large-leaved, green orache with slightly wavy, fleshy leaves.
Variety find from the cultivated plant collection of the Kaiserstuhl seed garden (green-leaved variety cultivated as a vegetable by Turkish immigrants)). This variety has delicate, particularly large, green leaves that are slightly wavy and somewhat fleshy. Reports were very common as leafy vegetables in Europe before they were replaced by spinach. The leaves of the up to 1.6 m high plants can be harvested continuously (add salad/spinach).
